To enter the prestigious BJN Awards, you will first need to create an Evessio account, if you've not previously signed up. 

Once registered, you will need to select the category you wish to apply for, and enter the nominee details. You can then enter your nomination, and upload supporting documents, if applicable.

Please note, all nominations will be anonymised prior to the judging process, so please avoid the use of names, and use pronouns where possible. 

Please take note of the information below to help you when submitting your entry:

• Be specific. Avoid going off topic
• Keep it simple and straight to the point. You can use bullet points for clarity
• Avoid repetition
• Stick to the word limits If you’re re-submitting your entry, ensure that it highlights developments since the previous year. The judges will want to see growth
• Use evidence that is up-to-date with the constantly developing field

Evidence: Always support your entry with any evidence, examples of some evidence are below:

• Feedback - patient/health professionals
• Posters
• Quality of life scores
• Documents
• Pictures
• Data

The deadline for entries is the 3rd of January 2025.
